Art Video Screening was the initiator and head co-ordinator of Örebro International Videoart Festival 2008 and 2010 in co-operation with the art institutions in Örebro. The main concept for the festival was to invite curators from different video art events and festivals from around the world to curate screening programmes showing new, compelling, innovative and contemporary video art and moving image.
In December 2010 Art Video Screening changed its name to
art:screen, and from year 2012 the festival will be arranged by art:screen under the name
art:screen fest.
